WE WANT TO BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION THE ILLEGAL SITUATION HAPPENING WITH THE “EL CORTEZ” HOTEL MANAGEMENT LOCATED IN SAN FELIPE BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO.
The “El Cortez” hotel was established in 1959 by Mr. Juan Nepomuceno Rodriguez Merida (†) and his wife Ms. Esthela Romero Real de Rodriguez. After Mr. Rodriguez passing in 1998, the hotel was inherited to Ms. Esthela Romero Real de Rodriguez, and was managed successfully by her daughter and 4 sons as business partners under the company the name “Impulsora Turistica Rodriguez”, until 2005.
The “El Cortez” hotel is currently being managed “illegally” by 3 of Ms. Esthela Romero Real de Rodriguez sons and they are:
Jorge Rodriguez Romero
Alejandro Rodriguez Romero
Juan Jesus Rodriguez Romero
Since 2005, the 3 brothers (mentioned above) have taken total control of the hotel and have deprived their own mother from receiving any information related to “HER” business as well as any service or treatment from “HER” hotel, taking away her only income while they selfishly spend on luxuries that benefit only themselves and their families.
“THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE”
Mrs. Esthela Romero Real de Rodriguez has tried to reason with her three sons and has already taken legal action against this form of abuse from them and it has been more than 8 years since she has been waiting for justice.
The legal system in Mexico is extremely slow (and becomes slower when someone is paying to extend the length of the legal process), but Ms. Esthela Romero Real de Rodriguez keeps the faith that the justice system will prevail on her behalf.
In order to cut down the advantageous reach on power by her sons to keep their defense by lying and extending the legal process,
we need your support to boycott the “El Cortez” hotel
Staying at the “El Cortez” hotel will only feed the continuation of this type of abuse against their mother.
So please, we urge you
BOYCOTT “EL CORTEZ” Hotel in San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico
until further notice
thank you so much for your support and please share this with your friends.
